How long does assembly take?
Most customers have the Lighthouse fully assembled and standing in under 30 minutes. All tools and hardware are included in the box. No specialist knowledge needed.
What comes in the box?
The frame, linen shade with your chosen design, LED smart bulb, remote control, the correct power adapter for your country, two USB cables for the built-in ports, display shelves, and all assembly hardware. Everything you need, nothing missing.
What are the exact dimensions?
The Lighthouse stands 63 inches tall (160cm) at full height. The base footprint is approximately 12 × 12 inches (30 × 30cm), a minimal floor presence for a lamp this size. The shade is 14 inches wide (35cm) at its widest point.
Which power adapter do I need?
The correct adapter for your country is included at checkout. We ship with US, EU, UK 2-pin, UK 3-pin, and Australian adapters. Select your country at checkout and the right one arrives in the box. No buying adapters separately.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes, and many of our customers do. Ship it directly to their address, add a gift note at checkout, and no pricing appears in the box. If the timing matters for a wedding or a housewarming, order early and the tracking number lets you follow it to their door.
How long until it arrives?
REPLACE-TIMELINE — confirm real production + shipping windows per country before publishing, e.g. "Each Lighthouse is made to order in X days, then ships tracked. Typical delivery is X to X business days for Canada and the US, and X to X for the UK and Australia."
Can I replace the shade later?
Yes. The shade is designed to be replaced independently of the frame. If the words in your life change, or you want a different design, replacement shades are available separately. The frame is built to last decades.
What type of bulb does it use?
The Lighthouse ships with a smart LED bulb that supports three colour temperatures, warm (3000K), neutral (4000K), and daylight (5000K), controlled by the included remote. Standard E26/E27 fitting if you ever need to replace it.
What is your return policy?
90 days, full refund. If the Lighthouse isn't right for your space for any reason, contact us and we'll arrange the return. No questions asked.
